One connected operation

From source audio to responsible reporting.

Each system has a defined purpose. Human review connects them.

01 · Radio Monitoring

Find the signal

Real-time radio monitoring prepares transcripts and incident suggestions for trained human review. Source audio—not an automated label—determines the next step.

02 · Scanner System CAD

Build the record

The CAD organizes verified incident details, locations, source history, public wording, updates, corrections, and role-based permissions across desktop and mobile.

03 · News & Media

Inform the public

Editors combine confirmed CAD information, official sources, direct reporting, and verified media into breaking news and broader community coverage.

Administrator review

An administrator reviews your application and training before approving access.

Important

A certificate is the beginning of review—not a job offer or access credential.

SAMG is a for-profit LLC offering optional, unpaid volunteer opportunities. This program does not create employment, wages, benefits, ownership, a press credential, guaranteed acceptance, or automatic access. Training is self-paced with no required hours or deadline. Approved volunteers work only within the roles and permissions an administrator assigns.
